Using this site
These terms cover your use of thehardynutritionist.com, operated by The Hardy Nutritionist, LLC. Browsing this site, sending an inquiry, or booking a free Discovery Call does not create a provider-patient or practitioner-client relationship.

Nutrition services
Paula Hardy, MS, NDTR, is not a licensed physician. Nutrition guidance is educational and supportive, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for care from your doctor. See the About page for her full scope of practice.

Gardening consultations
Gardening consultations are billed at $50 per hour, covering the initial site visit or digital/phone session, garden planning and design, and a final design and recommendation presentation and review. An in-person visit more than 30 miles from Paula's business address carries a $50 travel charge. There is no cancellation or rescheduling policy in place; a $50 no-show fee applies to any missed scheduled session. A gardening consultation is educational and advisory, not a professional landscaping or engineering service.

Purchasing from the shop
Shop purchases are processed through Square. Sales are currently limited to buyers in Arizona. There is no shipping; orders are fulfilled by local delivery or pickup only. There are no returns once an item has been delivered or picked up; exchanges are offered only for defects, by emailing TheHardyNutritionist@gmail.com with a photo and description of the defect.
