How these connect

  1. 1

    Start with a conversation.

Every path begins with a free Discovery Call: a chance to share what's going on, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit. No commitment, and it's not a medical consultation.

  2. 2

Go deeper with a Whole Health Assessment.

A 90-minute look at your full health history, current concerns, and prior labs, with functional testing recommended when appropriate.

  3. 3

Continue with the support that fits.

Some people continue with individual Progress & Support Sessions as needed. Others choose a 3- or 6-month package for more structured, ongoing partnership.

What this is, honestly

This is coaching, not a cure.

Paula won't diagnose, treat, or promise to fix anything, and she'll tell you clearly if something is outside her scope. What clients often work toward over time: more clarity about what's actually going on, a plan that fits real life instead of an all-or-nothing overhaul, and the confidence to read and understand their own labs.

Real, meaningful progress. Not a guarantee, and not an overnight fix.
